So I need to learn to listen when the builders are talking instead of getting over excited. The plan this week might be:-
Monday - nothing to do, this was an allocated day for the roof that they finished early last week.
Tuesday - Clean up of site, possibly bricks.
Wednesday - Delivery of eaves.
Thursday - Installation of eaves.
This is where I went really astray, I know there was something about electrical rough ins and meeting onsite but cannot for the life of me remember if this was Friday this week or one day next week. Next time David rings I'm thinking I need to record the conversation to make sure I get it all.
Looks like the guys 2 doors down will be moving in shortly, my guess is they will get their keys by 12th of September. The next door neighbors also look like they are putting the fence up soon, I guess they will want some money for that.
Oh well I'll have to see how the week actually pans out.
Not too exciting for those watching but no photo's this week. Bassically nothing happened on Monday or Tuesday this week, eaves were delivered on time Wed and the most exciting thing was Thursday the neighbors started the fencing, they have put up the posts and laid huge sleepers underneath. They did come Friday and start installing the eaves but only across the back and up to our bedroom. Not a lot of work really. They did run all the data cables and looks like they are correct. SS rang on Friday to arrange to meet him onsite Tuesday at 9am to check electrical s.
