Week 10

After driving by every day this week and watching what appeared to be no progress. I decided on Wednesday to pop in for a sticky beak. While talking on the phone to a friend I wandered around wondering why there was so much mess around with no work done. Thinking that my builders had lost the plot in a major way I suddenly noticed that there was gyprock above my head. Half the house had the ceilings up and I didn't even notice.




Not too bright I guess, by Thursday all the ceilings were done and they have started on the walls. I have a couple of photo's on their way tomorrow.

MJH got back to me today and they are going to let me change our colour choice for the paint so I am headed back to the trade store tomorrow to see if I can locate my favorite paint. Do yourself a favor, if you select a paint then change your mind at the last minute, keep the original paint sample.
