Week 9

This week sees the electrical walk through and the insulation fitted into the walls. It looks like they have done a good job. The eaves are 3/4 completed, not really sure why they did not finish completely but so be it.

The long awaited day for the brick clean finally came on Wednesday, I have to say I was so excited that I forgot photo's so sorry if you are watching - I'm a dumbass at best. Will fix this up with next weeks visit.

They are due to commence Gyp rocking, I think they have over a week allocated for this so I hope they start first thing Monday.

Forgot to mention we received our next progress payment request, as usual St George paid it within 24 hours, I cannot believe how good they have been.

On a brighter note or should I say the highest note we had our first open home, I know its probably a little early but I did not want to be stuck without a buyer so I wanted as much opportunity as I could get to show it off. Looks like there was not much to stress about, we had 6 offers when the real estate rang me the first time and ended the day with 8 offers to consider, needless to say we managed to get this little gem dun and dusted by 6pm. Buyers have agreed to a long settlement but are hoping to be in before christmas much like ourselves. Darren and I are both thrilled that we don't have to do another open home..
