Week 1

12.7.2013 - Received the call from out building supervisor to advise site was cut today and plumbers would be there 16.7 to commence work. peering is booked for 22.7. MMM will have to follow up now for the anticipated finish date, 20 weeks will be 29th of November and 26 weeks will be 10th of January.......Taking bets on finished before or after the christmas break.

 and of course just so I remember, this is where I built the river rock pile so I could save a fortune on the turtle enclosure...Not such a good idea now is it at least a foot of digging to recover them

16.7.2013 - Porta loo is operational (very important), Plumbing done.

20.7.2013 - Finally showed the block to Blair, only Kyle who has not seen it now. Peering booked for 22nd if it does not rain. All looking good so far. Final contract date is 7th of Feb next year. I cant see that being the case. Looks like a build time of 20 weeks i about right for the other homes they are building. I will have to wait patiently till the roof is on to get a better estimate and we all know how well I do patient.
