I was prepared for the pain, the possibility of failing and the probability I would do most of my walking alone (super unfit, overweight and getting older every minute) however the walk was an experience I could not possibly explain in words. So many people all with a story to tell, happy and smiling as they walked through their own hell to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. I met some wonderful people and had no idea that there would be so much emotion involved in participation.
